How do you know if your mission statement matches your audience’s need?
In the sea of lifestyle blogs, it’s crucial to stand out, and to offer what your audience needs, of course. My target audience is young women from 16 to 30 years old who are interested in fashion, or work in the industry that can be related to fashion. I’m also targeting Vietnamese women since my blog features some Vietnamese content, but in general, I welcome all.
Being relatable attracts the audience big time. The audience wants to see posts that they can relate to and apply to your daily life.
I try to be as relatable as possible with my posts, but at the same time, I don’t want to conform to the Internet’s standards of a lifestyle blog. As I set out for this blog to be about my perspectives on the world, it’s going to be what I think fits the blog. My posts are relatable, and fun, and real. And it keeps the audience coming because I can see that on Google Analytics.
I’m going to keep doing me and being me. I’m open to changes on some aspects on my blog to improve better quality, but I’m still going to post content that represents who I am, and I hope y’all happy with it too!
Do let me know if there’s something you would like me to improve on though. Shine bright!
